Breaking the ice
Hosted at the exclusive W Costa Navarino, the journey began with “Blend and Bond,” an ice-breaking cocktail workshop where our 33 guests crafted their own drinks, setting a joyful tone. A dinner at Parelia hotel’s restaurants followed, offering the perfect setting for deeper conversations.
Adventure time: Wheel YOU?
The next day, after a focused management meeting, we introduced “Wheel YOU?”, a team-building adventure activity. Guests navigated through forest trails using maps and coordinates in a treasure hunt that led to the chapel of Prophet Elias. Midway through the mountain experience, we created a pop-up tea station. The day concluded with a dinner and a vibrant party at the golf court’s restaurant, where a live band added a unique touch of energy to the evening.
The Big Picture: Drawing Canvases
On the final day, creativity took center stage. Participants were divided into teams and painted on individual canvases, which later came together to form a single, cohesive artwork, symbolizing the power of teamwork.
Our objective was clear: to create unforgettable shared moments for Lamda Development’s leadership team and to lay the foundation for a new tradition.
