An Unconventional Challenge
Our journey began as we welcomed the 11 Senior Managers to Parnassos, where they were introduced to their challenge: a treasure hunt through the forest, navigating off-road trails in 4×4 Wildtrucks! Each team received a carefully curated roadbook with coordinates, maps, and step-by-step instructions, along with essential gear- including radios for communication and a kit with necessities like tissues, snacks, and supplies.
The Hunt for Local Treasures
As teams ventured into the landscape, they followed the roadbook’s directions, working together to locate hidden treasures-local products such as formaela cheese and sausages. The challenge tested their ability to communicate, strategize, and navigate, all while immersing themselves in the natural surroundings of Parnassos.
The adventure led them to their final destination: Eptastomos Cave & Corycian Cave, where a beautifully set buffet awaited in the heart of the forest. Here, the participants embraced the full farm-to-table experience by preparing and cooking the products they had collected. Sharing a meal they had earned through teamwork made for an even more rewarding and bonding moment.
After a day filled with adventure, collaboration, and authentic experiences, the team returned with a renewed sense of connection and accomplishment. We ensured that every element of this team-building event reflected AB Vasilopoulos’ values- uniting its people through challenge, discovery, and shared moments in nature.
