ευΖΗΝ feelόsophy undertook the full organization of a 'special' wedding on the islands of Patmos and Arkious on the 5th -7th of September 2014. The complexity of destinations in terms of access and setup of events was a challenge for the team of EZGReece DMC who managed the project successfully.
Project Design: Logo Wedding invitation, branding, inspection trips, teasers, travel services, accommodation, rental cruise, charter flights, coaches, specialized personnel, decoration, organization of F & B for the whole weekend, live music band, DJ, dance group, director for the central event, audiovisual, overall coordination.
The project in numbers: 250 guests from Greece and abroad, 4 Charter flights, 7 sea routes for guest transfers, 198 bags distributed seamlessly into 7 different accommodations on the island, 4 different events, 55 personnel, coordination of 9 different companies – suppliers and all planned into several thousand emails!
