When our client entrusted us with designing and producing a 40th birthday celebration, we had only 10 days to turn a last-minute idea into an unforgettable three-day experience in Costa Navarino, Greece. With guests traveling from Nigeria and expectations set high, our team rose to the challenge—delivering a celebration that blended authenticity, creativity, and impeccable execution.

The celebration began with an intimate welcome dinner at the hotel.
Inspired by the olive groves of Messinia, we designed a setting with olive green details and lush floral arrangements, evoking a sense of natural elegance and understated luxury. It was the perfect start to a weekend of joy and connection.
The day started with a hands-on cooking activity at the stunning Ammothines, where guests immersed themselves in local flavors and laughter—an ideal icebreaker that set the tone for the festivities ahead. That evening, the celebration transformed into a scene inspired by ancient Greek aesthetics at Romanos Gardens.
We designed a custom round stage framed by Greek columns, surrounded by white lounge furniture and blue floral and tableware details, creating a serene yet striking ambiance. As guests arrived, living ancient Greek statues and hostesses in flowing blue gowns welcomed them. A violinist accompanied the cocktail hour, setting an elegant tone before drummers dramatically announced the start of dinner.
The evening reached its crescendo with a breathtaking “Amazons” performance, merging strength, beauty, and artistry—a highlight that left every guest mesmerized.
Drawing inspiration from beige and black tones, we created a custom spatial design featuring round and snake-shaped table arrangements encircling a central stage with a striking arched backdrop. Every detail—from the guest list display and photo backdrop to the floral centerpieces—reflected the refined palette.
Hostesses dressed in matching shades welcomed guests to an enchanting atmosphere enhanced by the gentle sounds of a harpist.
As dinner gave way to celebration, a “Zorbas” dance performance ignited the dance floor, followed by the appearance of two mirror men, who joined guests in an explosion of movement, energy, and joy.
In just a few days, we brought to life a seamless, three-day celebration that combined impeccable organization, creative storytelling, and immersive design.
